The natural surroundings of Wartegg Castle also supply the most important ingredients for the restaurant. Herbs, vegetables, berries and flowers are grown on 2500 sq.metres in the castle’s own biodynamic and ProSpecieRara variety garden. “Organic” is not just another certificate, it is a guarantee of fresh, natural and tasty ingredients. In the Schloss Restaurant recommended by GaultMillau and Michelin, guests can enjoy delicious creations from the lunch or dinner menu. Between meals, coffee is served with homemade flat cake, a “Flade” as they say here, and selected organic teas. A highlight of the organic restaurant is the inviting garden terrace with atmospheric view of our English Park and Lake Constance.
