The St.Gallen-Lake Constance region is easily accessible by car, because the A1 and A13 motorways provide access to the entire region. There is good parking available at the hotels, in multi-storey car parks and in open-air car parks.

Parking in the St.Gallen-Lake Constance region

The centre of St.Gallen has plenty of multi-storey car parks for long- or short-stay parking. At the St.Gallen Tourist Information Office, you can also get a blue zone day parking pass, which allows you to park near the city centre for a low price. These passes are valid Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 7 pm and cost CHF 9 per day.
