The Corso serves - in an exceptional atmosphere - contemporary, regional dishes.
The star of the Corso cuisine is carefully selected regional products, enriched by specialties from the Alpine region. They are complemented by an exquisite selection of autochthonous wines from the Alpine region and a small wine selection by Philipp Schwander, the first Swiss Master of Wine. Chef Markus Schenk and his team were recently awarded 15 Gault Millau points.
