The tradition of chocolate is alive and well in St.Gallen right next door to the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. The two most important ingredients in everything Praliné Scherrer makes, whether fine couverture, exquisite fillings or gently melting chocolate, are love and traditional craftsmanship.
Since its origins in 1875, Praliné Scherrer has been one of the premiere addresses for pralines, St.Gallen biber , a special kind of gingerbread dating back to the 15th century, butter cookies, amarettis and its exclusive whisky truffles.
