Marco Hermann and Gianluca Bernet brew beer specialties with a lot of passion.

A cozy pub with a wooden bar awaits guests on the mezzanine floor. Here you can enjoy beers brewed on site as well as guest beers - freshly tapped from up to 14 taps. There is space for tastings at the back of the pub. A small but fine selection of food rounds off the offer. The brewing plant is located in the basement of the pub. It consists of a mash tun, a lauter tun and four fermentation tanks. On one brewing day, 500 liters of beer wort are produced. HERMANN Bier attaches great importance to organic products. That is why the beers are made exclusively from organic malt. Whenever possible, locally grown hops are used.
