But for all his regionalism, he remains cosmopolitan: In Hawaii, he learned how to make delicious poké bowls, in South America he became a grill specialist, and the British got him hooked on fish and chips. On the road in Turkey he dealt with coffee brews, and since he was in Spain he lives out his flair for cocktails. He prepares all these delicacies for his guests in his always reliable barge. Gustav is also a music lover. Whether it's rock, pop, jazz, indie or otherwise, he plays his favorites from around the world.
