Goba AG, mineral spring and manufactory, is one of the smallest independent mineral water producers in Switzerland. Flauder - a refreshing drink with elderflower and lemon balm - gave the regional, family-owned SME wings. Wingbeat by wingbeat - Flauder comes from the word Flickflauder, the meaning for butterfly in Innerrhoden - Flauder became known throughout Switzerland. Herbs, berries and blossoms play the main role in the manufactory. The manufactory specialties range from bitters with and without alcohol to exquisite liqueurs to tea blends, punch, syrup as well as jams and are handmade according to in-house recipes. In the Flauderei, in the middle of the village of Appenzell, a fairytale world opens up. Here you can dive in, taste and degustate, sniff herbs and enjoy a tea or a Flauder cocktail.
