In the Restaurant Roter Platz in the middle of St.Gallen, guests enjoy fresh, homemade menus with seasonal ingredients from the region every day.

The large Roter Platz is dedicated to an art project designed by the artist Pipilotti Rist and architect Carlos Martinez. The square, also called the “Citylounge” is lined with sofas, chairs, tables, lounge chairs and even a Porsche which are all covered in a spongy red carpet to create a giant lounge in the public space.
