Since 2012, g'nuss has been setting culinary trends with its fine patisserie, sandwiches, gelato, and chocolate creations. As a passionate patissier, owner Stefan Bischof loves to surprise his customers with new ideas.

At g'nuss, patisserie is made according to the B-Concept. This revolutionary method makes it possible to produce patisserie creations with less fat, less sugar, and fewer calories. At the same time, they have a more intense flavor, a lighter consistency, and are even easier to digest. Everything is homemade, using high-quality ingredients sourced locally wherever possible. On Saturdays and Sundays, we offer a varied international brunch.
