High above St. Gallen, near the 3 Linden restaurant in Dreilinden, Chalet 3 is open from November through January. The fondue chalet offers the best view of the city: below lie the lights of the old town, surrounded by the rolling hills of the surrounding countryside.

Cheese fondue is served in three varieties: house blend, Alpine, and truffle-Prosecco. Alternatively, there’s fondue chinoise with hand-sliced meat and homemade sauces. The fondues are available as two- or three-course menus.
