Marco Hermann and Gianluca Bernet brew their specialty beers with great passion. Their microbrewery with adjoining pub is located very close to St.Gallen's old town, in the Linsebühl district. 12 taps provide a wide selection of delicious open beers. Enjoy freshly tapped beer where it is brewed! The exclusive HERMANN beer tasting set with cold snack includes 6 HERMANN beers brewed on site. An explanation of the 6 beer styles is part of the offer. The snack includes a draff pretzel produced on site with draff from the HERMANN brewery. You can also choose between a bowl of sliced cheese, a dry sausage or a portion of tofu. The entire offer is served on a tasting board in the cozy restaurant or on the urban terrace of the restaurant.
