BCB Bleisch Craft Beer

BCB Bleisch Craft Beer
As soon as you enter the small but fine brewery, you realize that a brewer with passion is at work here. Anyone who wants to drink a normal beer is not wrong. Anyone who wants something exclusive is guaranteed to be right.
The brewer, Marco Bleisch, lets you feel his joy in brewing beer from the first moment. He talks about ingredients, the brewing process, upcoming projects and new ideas. It's easy to forget that you're sitting in a garage. Marco can be found here one or two days a week. He produces about 300 liters of beer per brew. Bottling line, cold storage cell, fermentation barrel, and fruit-focused may still sound familiar, but when it comes to dry hopping, hop notes, or porter beer, things get more specific. Marco is honest with himself and is happy when a beer succeeds. A good beer needs patience and good storage. The brewer humility, enthusiasm and passion. Brewing beer is also wonderful for Marco. There, he finds a balance to his daily work and can put his creative ideas into practice. That's how the popular Honey Rosemary beer came about, for example. That's why he founded the sole proprietorship "BCB Bleisch Craft Beer" about nine years ago, which he runs himself. Not without energetic helpers, of course, who are paid in kind, i.e. in beer.
