Weekly market Rorschach
Changing market stalls offer all sorts of things
The popular weekly market takes place on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 8.30 am to approx. 12.00 pm (from the beginning of April to the end of November).
The Rorschach coat of arms is embedded in the ground under the pavilion in the middle of the square: a golden sheaf of wheat on a red background, flanked by two silver perches. The coat of arms already appears in the town seal from 1620.
Today, the market square is a lively meeting place with cafés and changing market stalls (vegetables, fish, local produce) as well as for cultural events and festivals.
