Restaurant Rössli Balgach
Fine dining in the beautiful historic restaurant
If the inscription on the facade is to be believed, the Rössli was built around 1640. Whether it was an inn from the beginning is not documented. Traces show that on December 11, 1789, Hans Ulrich Sonderegger was registered as the innkeeper at the Rössli. And even today, the Rössli in Balgach is owned by a Sonderegger family, namely Ina and Jürg Sonderegger.
The chef Fritz Tatzl and his team take the guests on a culinary journey of delights. The cuisine is modern and creative, down-to-earth and traditional. The products are selected with care. The quality and the right handling of the products have top priority.
The Restaurant Rössli offers changing lunch menus and classic à la carte delights.
