The first course is served in the Scheitlinsbüchel restaurant, which is located not far from Notkersegg Monastery. Enjoy not only a delicious starter, but also the fantastic view over the city. After a walk along the Three Weirs, which were artificially created in the 17th century, the Falkenburg restaurant will spoil you with the main course from the seasonal menu and a view of the lights of St.Gallen. Then it's back to the old town. The crowning finale awaits you at the Brauwerk restaurant. For dessert, enjoy one of the many craft beers brewed on site by the creative master brewers. En Guätä!
