A friendly Appenzell house in the traditional and attractive village center of Urnäsch is looking forward to your visit.
The house on a south-facing slope is detached, 2-storey, approx. 100 years old and was slightly renovated in 2021/2022 with new organic vinyl floors throughout, parquet flooring in the living room and mostly new windows and brightly decorated rooms. In the living and sleeping area on the 1st floor the room height is 2 m, in the sleeping area on the 2nd floor 1.90 m. Two detached parking spaces are available for exclusive use.
In addition to the four bedrooms, there is a kitchen with the following appliances: three hotplates and oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, household machine, toaster, raclette oven, cheese and chinois appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher and the usual kitchen utensils.
The bathroom has a bathtub, separate shower, washbasin, towel warmer, hairdryer and towels. The WC is separate.
The house can be heated with an oil-fired tiled stove and individual electric radiators.
