Kündig Chäslaube, a specialty cheese store, stocks over 300 different cheeses from the region and all over Europe in its cellars. Many are made from raw milk and on smaller family farms. Customers will also find a large selection of sheep and goat cheeses. The store also sells wine and spirits that pair perfectly with their cheeses. The stores are located in St.Gallen and on the Marktplatz , or market square, in Rorschach.
