This 3-room apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a separate bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.

The kitchen is brand-new and modern, featuring a glass-ceramic stove.

The living area is approximately 50 m².

The apartment includes its own small, cozy garden seating area with a private fireplace for relaxing barbecues.
