Distillery and fruit growing

The fruit farm and distillery is located in beautiful natural surroundings between Mount Säntis and Lake Constance in the canton of St. Gallen. The farm is passionate about modern plum and cherry cultivation and distilling. Carefully harvested ripe fruit is used to produce delicacies and the finest spirits. Words are hardly enough – it's best to see, smell, and taste for yourself and take the time to do so.

The distillery is fired with wood. The wood comes from the farm's own orchard or forest, as well as from neighboring forests. Electricity for the equipment is provided by the photovoltaic system on the roof, i.e., solar energy.

The variety of fine brandies, whiskeys, and gins invites you to discover them.
