Quarry pond Kriessern
It is located in the middle of a beautiful recreational area. Thanks to the inflow of groundwater and the outflow of surface water into the nearby Zapfenbach stream, the lake is virtually a natural reservoir of drinking water. A modern infrastructure is available to the guests. The buildings are equipped with toilets, hot water showers, checkrooms, kiosk and kitchen. In and around the lake the young and old guests will find a wide range of games and sports facilities, including a diving tower, diving boards, 2 rafts, a beach volleyball court, table tennis, children's swing, slides, bowling alley, etc. A beautiful walking path around the lake completes the offer.
The quarry pond in Kriessern also has a campsite. From the beginning of May to the end of September, five day pitches are also available on a separate plot for visitors passing through. These guests can also use the full range of facilities such as bathing, showers and toilets as well as the restaurant and kiosk. Reservation requests are possible via kiosk@baggersee-kriessern.ch.
