More than 30 different grape varieties are cultivated on the steep Buechberg in Thal SG. Tom Kobel grows twelve of them himself on 5 hectares and vinifies high-quality and unique wines and some real rarities from them.

Based on theoretical knowledge in combination with his experience from many years of craft, Tom Kobel accompanies the creation of his wines from the vine to the marketing.
